How long after my order is placed will I receive my PC?

After your order is placed, we wil send you a confirmation email and begin to package your order within just a few days. PCs will be delivered to shipping services no later than 7 days after your order is placed. The rest will be taken care of by shipping services.

What is our return policy?

Our machines are all updated with the latest BIOS software and thoroughly tested before becoming available to purchase. In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your PC within 30 days of delivery, we will require an email including details of the problem. If we are unable to solve the problem we will ask to take your computer to an approved tech shop. If they are able to identify and certify a hardware problem, Premier PCs will accept the PC for repair at no cost. For complete details, please see Premier PCs’ Warranty and Terms and Conditions.

What forms of payment do we accept?

At checkout, you will be asked to provide debit/credit card information to Stripe, a trusted third-party processor. Premier PCs will not have access to your payment information. For further information regarding Stripe, please refer to Stripes TOS.

How long ago was my pc built?

At Premier, PCs, we order updated parts and download the most recent software to our computers. We begin the build shortly after receiving supply. Once computers are finished and tested, they are put into stock and made available for purchase. There is no long-term storage or outdated software.

Can I request a custom build?

Of course! We are always open for custom orders. We do require a submission either to our email, or on our discord server. Both are available on the websites header, or email us through the contact page!
